Question 1: How do I add/enable a auto responder?
Step1: Go to "webmail.yourdomain.co.za" (e.g. webmail.wit.co.za)
Step2: Log in with your username and password
Step3: Go to 'Settings' and press 'My Auto-Responder'
Step4: 'Enable auto responder' must be checked.
Step5: Press the 'Auto-Responder Message' tab and write your message. When finished, press 'Save'
