About the Role

Established nearly three decades ago, our Century City-based IT firm continues to grow thanks to consistent business success. We’re expanding our technical team and seeking a motivated Junior Microsoft Support Engineer to join us on this journey.

Key Responsibilities

    • Provide onsite and remote support for Microsoft 365 and Windows Server environments
    • Manage Active Directory users, groups, and domain-joined devices
    • Troubleshoot network issues including firewalls, VPNs, and wireless setups (e.g., Unifi)
    • Assist with ISP-related queries and connectivity checks
    • Deliver desktop support across a diverse client base
    • Maintain SLA compliance and document support activities
    • Participate in onboarding/offboarding processes and device provisioning

Requirements

    • Minimum 1 year of hands-on IT experience
    • Valid Code 08 driver’s license
    • Clear criminal record
    • CompTIA Network+ and A+ certifications (or equivalent)
    • Bonus: Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals or similar

Desired Skills & Experience

    • Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceM8, Freshdesk, Zendesk, Autotask)
    • Remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk, Quick Assist)
    • Basic understanding of cloud services (Microsoft Azure, OneDrive, SharePoint)
    • Exposure to VoIP systems and troubleshooting
    • Awareness of ISP technologies (e.g., fibre, LTE)
