About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Network Operations Centre (NOC) Engineer to join our growing team. In this critical role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the performance, availability, and reliability of our clients’ IT infrastructure.
As part of our NOC team, you’ll ensure proactive monitoring, rapid incident response, and continuous service improvement — keeping systems healthy and clients satisfied. You’ll play a vital role in achieving operational excellence and upholding the high service standards our clients expect.
This position is ideal for someone with strong technical expertise, a calm problem-solving mindset, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Excellence
- Ensure continuous and proactive monitoring of client network and infrastructure systems to deliver maximum uptime and reliability.
- Lead incident management, perform root cause analyses, and oversee post-incident reviews to prevent future occurrences.
- Document and enforce operational standards, procedures, and compliance protocols.
- Monitor KPIs, analyze incident trends, and prepare performance reports for management.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, vendors, and external service providers to ensure seamless support and escalation management.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in enterprise network or security environments (preferably within an MSP or large-scale environment).
- Strong organizational, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Ability to remain composed under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency with monitoring tools, ticketing systems, and incident management workflows.
- Experience with tools such as N-Able N-Central, Veeam, Arcserve, or Azure Backup (advantageous).
- Familiarity with Windows Patch Management.
- Relevant certifications such as MS-900, AZ-900, or equivalent (advantageous).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to translate technical insights into business impact.
- Proven ability to meet SLAs and contribute to strategic IT initiatives.
